We are one of the Liquid Nitriding company in Kolkata having a large number of satisfied customers through out the eastern India which includes several top level esteemed organization of India.
Our process is totally distortion free non polutive sulfur accelerated Liquid Nitriding as well as Nitrocarburising Process. Besides increasing the surface hardness of the ferrous metals, this process also gives relief from the problems of Wear, Corrosion, Scuffing and Seizure which are commonly encountered in the industry. This process also increases the fatigue resistance of the material and superb self lubricating property to the metals with a pleasing black furnish which reduces the maintenance cost for the related machine parts.

NITRIDING

Nitriding is a case hardening process used to improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength of metal parts, primarily steel. This thermochemical treatment introduces nitrogen into the surface of the material at elevated temperatures, typically ranging from 490°C to 550°C (915°F to 1020°F).Unlike other hardening methods, nitriding is a relatively low-temperature process, which minimizes distortion and dimensional changes in the treated components. It forms a hard, compound layer and a diffusion zone beneath it, which provides excellent protection against wear, abrasion, and corrosion. This makes nitriding ideal for critical components like gears, crankshafts, and dies that require a hard surface while maintaining a tough core.
